Moorlands Nursery and Reception
Moorlands Nursery and Reception is highly recommended by OFSTED and ISI, provides a happy, safe & educationally rich learning environment for boys & girls from 2 to 5 years of age.
At Moorlands we understand the needs and diversity of young children and work tirelessly to provide each child with an experience to compliment their individual personality, whilst supporting their learning journey.
Within the Foundation stage the emphasis is on ensuring that learning is fun. The interesting, stimulating & colourful indoor & outdoor space is designed to encourage your child to become a confident & active learner able to develop to their full potential whilst developing their awareness & respect for others.
Though Foundation has its own designated & secure environment within the school, interaction with the rest of the school is encouraged. To aid social development we encourage the different age groups to interact with the rest of the school. Reception children attend assemblies and outdoor play sessions with the older children.

Children attending Moorlands School are eligible to receive the Nursery Education Grant. The first 15 hours of Early Years Foundation Stage education are delivered completely free of charge. The balance of fees payable for the term are due entirely in respect of the additional hours your child attends the school. Places are available for the entire school day or for mornings.
