Design Technology
Design Technology contributes to Moorlands school curriculum by preparing children to participate in Tomorrow's rapidly changing technologies. Pupils learn to be creative problem solvers as individuals and through team work. They are encouraged, through a broad and balanced curriculum, to think about what products are used for and the needs of the people that use them. The lessons allow the children to develop ideas and to explore, investigate and make a range of mechanisms and systems.
